C#图像处理例子（使用EMGUCV）

【实例简介】
使用额使用VS2008 C# winform框架，采用emgucv(opencv for .net),开发的一个图像处理软件，由本人研究生课程的一个图像处理课程设计改编。包括图像处理基本算法。图像增强、图像分割等内容。注意编译前需要配置emgucv.
