基于opencv的远程视频监控智能小车

【实例简介】
在智能小车上（Arduino、主控板）搭载wifi模块和摄像头，发送数据到电脑，vs2013处理数据后发回小车，达到实时视频监测和远程遥控控的目的，所有代码都是用txt文档保存的，直接在vs中复制即可。（需提前配置好opencv3.0）
