C# Wiform远程升级自动更新

【实例简介】
原理是WFormSrc 在起动时检测本地的版本与服务器上的版本进行比较，如果不同则起动Update.exe进行升级，同时更新本地的版本设置 Update.exe不要放在服务器上 每次升级时只需要更改服务器上的配置文件的版本，同是把要升级的程序上传到服务器指定的目录上
