【实例简介】
编译winio3源码为支持win7 64位系统的动态库的过程， 其中附带了动态库的使用。此“过程”也支持任何版本的编译，此话是否属实， 有待各位的验证，因我没在其他机器上试过。 详细说明，请看包内文件“说明.wps”。
